Prior to booking, the Space User agrees to disclose to Space Owner if it intends to use the Premises offered on the Website in any SpaceListing for any purpose or in any manner that is reasonably likely to: (a) cause an unusual disruption in or around the Space; (b) involve unusual risk or liability; (c) might be considered offensive, frightening, or otherwise unusually objectionable to people in and around the Premises. Further, Space User agrees to disclose its intention to feature any of the following uses at its event:

• Application of tattoos;
• Massages;
• The rendering of any medical treatment or services
• Sale of tobacco and other smoking products;
• Sale or demonstration of weapons of any kind;
• Sale or distribution of alcohol, cigarettes or any regulated substance;
• Sale or display of sexually explicit video or multimedia content;
• Sale or display of sex toys;
• Sale or ignition of fireworks or any other explosives;
• Any political gathering, meetup or rally;
• Pamphlet distribution, petitioning or other systematic distribution of political messaging;
• “Haunted Houses” and similar events;
• Any activity involving noxious gases or strong-smelling substances;
• Press conferences or other events where a large media presence is reasonably anticipated;
• Concerts, conferences, parties and other events where unusual foot traffic, occupant density, and noise is reasonably anticipated;
• Filming for television, movies or other formal media products;
• Distribution of free goods, services or foods, such as charity events;
• Any activity involving live animals, such as the sales of pets;
• Any form of health care delivery or distribution of pharmaceuticals;
• Thrift sales or similar events featuring the sale of second-hand goods;
• Sales or demonstration of vehicles or heavy machinery.

SpaceMatch does not discriminate against any Space User seeking space for lawful purposes. The line items above are not forbidden or discouraged by SpaceMatch; disclosure is only required to ensure that Space Owners can duly comply with any master leases, ordinances, or other use restrictions.

Prior to entering into a Rental Agreement, the Space Owner undertakes to disclose any use restrictions on its Space that are not included on the above list of commonly restricted uses. Should Space Owner fail to disclose any such use restrictions prior to Booking, Space Owner shall be solely responsible for any cancellations and resulting damages.

By accessing, clicking on any link on the Website, or continuing to use the Services, you hereby agree that you will not:

• Use our Website and/or the Services for any illegal or immoral purposes, including but not limited to pornography, drug use, gambling or prostitution, or any other purpose reasonably likely to reflect negatively on SpaceMatch or any Space Owner.
• Use our sites if you are not able to form legally binding contracts, are under the age of 18, or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our sites;
• Upload content or items that are lewd, inappropriate, or of a sexual nature;
• Violate any laws, rights of third party or our policies;
• Change or interfere with other users' listings;
• Upload false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content (including personal information);
• Transfer or provide access to your User Profile to another party without our consent;
• Cede or assign any rights or obligations created under the Terms of Service, Rental Contract or SpaceMatch Space Owner Agreement without our specific and written consent;
• Distribute or upload spam, unsolicited, or bulk electronic communications, chain letters, political messaging or pyramid schemes;
• Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm SpaceMatch, or the interests, Premises or property of any User of the Website;
• Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the SpaceMatch site, including application code, user-generated content such as listings, and copyright and trademark materials, unless SpaceMatch and any other parties with rights to the content has given you express written consent to do so.
• You will not impair the normal operation of the network, the Website or the Services in any way;
• You will not try to harm the Website or Applications in any way whatsoever;
• Violate the Covenant Against Circumvention, contained in the Terms of Service.

SpaceMatch reserves the right to, at any time and without prior notice, remove or disable any Users’ access to the Website or Services, or any SpaceListing or other Content, for any reason, including content that SpaceMatch, in its sole and unfettered discretion, considers to be objectionable for any reason, in violation of these Terms of Service or otherwise harmful to our Website, SpaceMatch goodwill or reputation or Services.

SpaceMatch further reserves the rights to access, read, store and disclose any information we reasonably believe may be necessary to:

• adhere to any law, regulation, governmental request or legal proceeding;
• detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, technical or security concerns;
• enforce our rights outlined in the Terms of Service or any violation thereof;
• respond to User Electronic Communication; or
• protect the rights of SpaceMatch, Users or the public.

You may not do any of the following while accessing the Website or using the Services: (i) access, interfere with, or use non-public areas of the Website, Content, SpaceMatch’s systems including the third party service provideds; (ii) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures without the consent of SpaceMatch; (iii) access or search or attempt to access or search the Website by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through our currently available, published interfaces that are provided by us (and only pursuant to the Terms of Service), (scraping the Services without our prior consent is expressly prohibited); (iv) forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting, or in any way use the Website to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information; or (v) interfere with, or disrupt, (or attempt to do so), the access of any User, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing the Services, or by scripting the creation of Content in such a manner as to interfere with or create an undue burden on the Services.

We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Services will cease immediately
